  • Experience with Yuriy Moshes Law Firm

My wife and I had a very positive experience with the law office. Brian Lazzarus, Senior Paralegal and staff were very attentive to our home mortagage situation. He was able to not only guide us through the process, but they were able to negotiate tirelessly and effectively with a difficult mortgage company, submitting documents after documents, endless follow-up calls and e-mails.

In addition, upon our request, Brian facilitated a conference with the attorney Ms. Gonik, when the mortgage company sent foreclosure papers even thought we were working to secure a modification. The attorney and Brian were knowledgeable about the process and compassionate to our needs.

After many months #LOYM got it done ✅ Saved their client money by recommending a purchase CEMA for a new construction purchase and negotiated for seller to pay transfer taxes. A Purchase Consolidation Extension Modification Agreement (CEMA) is an assignment of the Seller’s existing mortgage to the Purchaser upon closing a Purchase-Sale transaction. An existing mortgage is “assigned” at closing to the new owner/borrower and then amended to reflect the terms of the Purchaser’s new mortgage commitment.
