Rosa Tricarico began working in the legal field over 20 years ago after obtaining her paralegal certificate. She started working in a law firm that handled personal injury, medical malpractice and real estate, including foreclosures and short sales. Rosa moved on to develop her knowledge of title insurance in the litigation department, where her expertise excelled on researching title issues and methods to clear title. Rosa is currently a Real Estate Closer and Short Sale Negotiator at Law Office of Yuriy Moshes, P.C., where she negotiates with banks, sellers and buyers, reviews title, coordinates closing dates and prepares closing documents. Rosa’s favorite part of her work is advising clients that they were granted assistance on their mortgage or for the clients selling their home, closing the transaction. Rosa was born in Italy and is the second of six children, therefore she is well versed in controversy and solving problems. Outside of work, Rosa’s passion is her family, friends, learning and experiencing new things.
