About Attorney Gennady Litvin

Founding Member of Moshes Law, P.C.
During his years of practice, Yuriy has concentrated in litigation and real estate transactions as his areas of expertise.

Attorney Gennady Litvin began practicing law in 2008 after graduating from the University of Miami Law School. Over the past 14 years in practice, Mr. Litvin has focused primarily on real estate law. He prides himself on aiding families who are facing home foreclosure proceedings.

Before joining the legal team at The Moshes Law Firm, Mr. Litvin was the managing partner of his own foreclosure prevention law firm. There, he spent years learning the ins and outs of real estate law, including negotiating with lenders during foreclosure proceedings and how to best advocate for his clients who were faced with losing their homes.

However, many employees are terminated or mistreated because they do not know their rights. If you have experienced an unlawful termination or discriminatory workplace practices, you may be entitled to compensation.
