Melissa is an accomplished attorney, providing critical expertise within the Labor & Employment Law Division at Moshes Law PC. A seasoned professional, her tenure in law includes a wide range of legal experience, which bolsters our capacity to handle labor and employment cases effectively. She previously worked at a prominent national firm defending insurers against multi-million-dollar catastrophic personal injury claims and has provided per diem services to various firms where she handled complex motion practice.
A graduate of New York University and a Juris Doctorate Degree holder from Hofstra University School of Law, Melissa exemplified her dedication and legal prowess when she was chosen to work in the asylum clinic during her law studies. Her experience also encompasses a successful period with a wills, trusts, and estate firm where she managed probate proceedings, litigated will contests, and handled real estate transactions.
In addition, Melissa has offered her legal acumen to various firms, assisting with drafting motions in multiple law areas, including but not limited to labor and employment, criminal, negligence, and family law, at both state and federal levels. Hired Yuri to help me through coop purchase process. My initial purchase wound up folding week before scheduled closing date due to seller negligence.
