Mikhail Khanukayev, J.D., joined the Law Office of Yuriy Moshes, P.C. as a member of the personal injury department. Mr. Khanukayev is currently authorized by the Appellate Division, 2nd Department, to temporarily engage in the limited practice of law under the terms of the Temporary Authorization Program put into place as a result of the novel COVID-19 virus. Mr. Kanukayev will be taking his Bar Exam in February, 2021.
Mr. Khanukayev graduated from John Jay College, School of Criminal Justice with a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice. He then went on to pursue his life long dream of becoming an attorney and received his Juris Doctorate from Pace University, Elisabeth Haub School of Law. Mr. Khanukayev has worked in the legal field since he was 18 years old. He worked for the Law Office of David Feinerman, Esq., and Daniel J. Corley, Esq., where he has gained most of his experience in personal injury law, bankruptcy law, and employment law matters. Additionally, Mikhail Khanukayev also worked for the Law Office of Olga Suslova, Esq., where he has gained a lot of experience in all matters of Matrimonial Law. Lastly, Mr. Khanukayev worked for the King’s County District Attorney’s Office, where he gained a lot of his knowledge in Criminal Law matters.
On Mr. Khanukayev’s free time, he enjoys going to yoga, playing basketball, going snowboarding, and most importantly, spending time with the people he loves the most, his family and girlfriend.
