Jessenia Maldonado is a Managing Litigation Attorney at Moshes Law PC, with a fierce dedication to fighting for the rights of workers in New York City. With her extensive knowledge of employment law and her unwavering commitment to justice, she has successfully represented clients in a range of employment cases, including discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and wage and hour disputes.
Ms. Maldonado is a proven trial lawyer with a strong record of success, having obtained numerous large sum settlements on behalf of her clients. She has also been victorious in appellate court, including the New York State Appellate Division – First Department. Ms. Maldonado obtained her law degree from the University of the District of Columbia – David A. Clarke School of Law, where she graduated cum laude. During law school, she served as an editor for the UDC-DASL’s Law Review and was a Teaching Assistant for Civil Procedure and Evidence. In 2012, she was admitted to the New York Bar, as well as the United States Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit and the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern District of New York.
Ms. Maldonado is an active member of the New York Chapter of the National Employment Lawyers Association, the New York County Lawyers Association, and the American Bar Association. She is fluent in Spanish and is committed to providing strong legal representation to her clients and helping them achieve justice and fair compensation.
